  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 working days

  • Remote / Rural Areas: 5–10 working days

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout.

  • Free shipping may be offered on selected products or minimum order values (as per ongoing offers).

  • Please share clear images or an unboxing video for verification.

9. Undelivered / Returned Shipments

  • If an order is returned due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, re-shipping charges may apply.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping and return charges.
